For almost 30 years he has enjoyed his career in tennis which has taken him to France, Italy, Malaysia, Colombia and for the last decade the UAE.

After becoming the youngest County Development and Coaching Officer in the UK at the tender age of 19, he developed a number of clubs in his home county of Cheshire before starting to travel more internationally.

In the UAE he was Director of Tennis for one of the largest tennis academies in the world which saw him become heavily involved with the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships as on and off court supervisor along with a total of 9 years training and managing the stringing team!

He has worked with all levels of players from beginner 3 year olds to current touring ATP Professionals and is also equipment consultant to several pro players.

Paul is the UAE National Coach for the Special Olympic Tennis Team and is considered the catalyst for raising awareness for working with players of determination after establishing multiple initiatives to encourage coaches and teenagers to work more within the field of Special Needs Tennis Development.

A former County Champion Player, Paul is possibly one of the most diversely experienced tennis professionals in the world. 


Justin is a UKCC2 coach currently based at North Cheshire Tennis Club, Wallasey Manor Tennis Club, and Gresford and Marford Tennis Club.

He has been a qualified coach now for over 12 years.

Initially focusing on providing voluntary coaching in his spare time, he has delivered coaching at a variety of Clubs in England, Wales, Dubai and Thailand.

Justin organised and delivered free tennis coaching to underprivileged school children on the small island of Koh Mak, Thailand, funding not only the travel but also providing tennis equipment for the children.

Justin took a career break in 2017 to coach professionally in the UAE for one of the largest tennis academies in the world.  During his time there he became a top ten performer despite starting his practice from scratch.

Justin focuses on Club level group and individual coaching, in particular beginners.  He loves bringing people into the game and more importantly keeping them in the game.  He also provides injury prevention and performance enhancment through stringing consulatation and servicing.


Aidan is an LTA UKCC4  Accredited Plus Coach.  He is the founder of All Court Tennis Academy operating out of Glan Aber Tennis Club, Westminster Park, Chester and Tarporley Tennis Club.  Aiden consults for Strung2tight providing supervisory support for our UKCC2 coaches.

Aidan currently provides group and individual coaching, as well as cardio tennis sessions.
Aidan also coached in Thailand leading a two week charity tennis camp for underprivileged children on the small island of Koh Mak.

Alicia Amador Ramos

Arriving in the UAE immediately after receiving her degree in Marketting and Business Management, Alicia, spoke almost no English whatsoever.

As with everything she does, Alicia immersed herself into learning not only English but also added several other languages to her repertoire.

Fluent in Spanish and English with a strong knowledge of Arabic, Portuguese and Italian, Alicia has spent the last decade as VIP Guest Ambassador at the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa.

Alicia initially took up photography and video editing, like most of us, with her phone however she managed to find herself sucked into the system as she directed and edited all podcasts and media outlets for the boys!
